'PlainMirror's journey started with an ambition: to offer true Neapolitan pizza in London. The Taylor family inaugurated our pizzeria in 1985 as a quaint, family-managed venture with recipes passed down for generations.

Emily Taylor, our progenitor, acquired her pizza-crafting expertise during her Italian sojourns, apprenticing with Neapolitan pizza virtuosos—the pizza's originators. After arriving back in the UK, her resolve was to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to age-old methodologies and selecting prime ingredients.

From a humble pizzeria with a dozen seats, we've evolved into a cherished community staple. However, our allegiance to crafting superior quality, genuine pizzas has stayed constant. We continue to employ traditional wood-burning oven methods, make our dough from scratch daily, and seek out the most exceptional ingredients obtainable.

Presently, 'PlainMirror' is still a family-held and managed enterprise, with the Taylor descendants stewarding our enthusiastic crew. While we've adopted novel techniques, our founding ethos prevails: to produce scrumptious, true pizzas that unite folks.
